Member Meeting
The Board of Directors will hold a BAADS member meeting at 11 AM on Sunday, February 16 in the South Beach Community Room. We will explain the upcoming process of transitioning BAADS from being an unincorporated association to a corporation. On the surface, nothing will change including your rights as members of the organization. This is strictly a legal procedure to better protect the organization and help us grow in the future.
This meeting will be the time to explain the process and give our members an opportunity to ask questions. Click here to read a short summary of the merger transaction prepared by our lawyers.
