Brian Pease Memorial – Saturday, April 29th
Brian’s memorial will be on Saturday, April 29th at the South Beach Harbor Community Room, at Pier 40, The Embarcadero, San Francisco, CA 94107. Coffee and danishes will be available starting at 10:15am. The memorial will begin at 11:00 with a few speakers and then open for everyone to say few words and remember Brian. At about 11:45 we’ll go to the boats. Brian’s favorite purple boat will be towed behind another boat. The purple boat will carry Brian’s ashes and we’ll let people decorate the boat with flowers. It will be towed to McCovey Cove. We may also have an 8 Bells ceremony either on land or in McCovey cove. Then, we’ll sail to the designated spot to spread the ashes. The site to spread the ashes will be outside McCovey Cove, at this location: 37°46’40.4″N 122°22’48.1″W. We’ll also leave flowers at this location.
